Podcast review indexing

In some rare cases, podcast reviews on Apple Podcasts were failing to be indexed for customers with the Growth Add-on who had linked their Apple Podcasts listing.

This issue should now be resolved. Any reviews which hadn’t been indexed will begin appearing within about 24 hours.
