Tip jar subscribers will get notified about the first private episode

If your podcast has recurring tip jar subscribers, we’ll now send them each an email when your first private episode is published (if they qualify for access to the episode based on your tip jar configuration).

We won’t send an email in the following circumstances:

• The episode is private because you’re using the “private until” Growth Add-on setting, which makes episodes private for a certain amount of time after they are published.
• The episode became private automatically because you’ve configured the episode to automatically become private after a certain amount of time with the Growth Add-on.
• Previous private episodes were already published.
